Smiths ‘New York’ bakelite wall clock - c.1930s

Smiths New York wall clock - a rare version
If you like bakelite this is the clock for you.
Everything is in very good condition and this particular clock has a visible going indicator just under the Smiths name on the dial. It also has a ‘tell tail flag’ that when the clock is running will be white, if the clock loses power the indicator will turn to red, even if the mains is restored. Because this is a self starting clock, this was intended to let you know that the time shown may be wrong.
This clock has been converted to run on 12VAC via a plug in PSU - but runs exactly like it is connected to the full mains power.
