This is part time work for me so please allow for some delay in getting back to you.
I aim to provide the best service (if a bit slow sometimes) and will happily exchange or refund anything if you are unhappy.
There are many styles and electrical requirements of slave clocks so I need as much information as possible to help you make a decision on what to purchase or even what type of clock you have.
DO NOT connect anything to the mains, whatever wiring it has, unless you are absolutely sure it is a mains clock and is safe.

If you are unsure about what you need please email me including a picture of the dial of the clock and a picture of the mechanism's cover and the mechanism itself.
Also think about if you want to run it using batteries or a mains power supply unit

I aim to post products within 3 days - but it can take longer if I need to clarify orders or I get very busy
I use mostly use Royal Mail for UK posting.
I use Royal Mail for International posting (it can take 5 days or so to get to an open Post Office to post the item)

I've worked out how to get things to Ireland so am posting there now - Oct 2025
REPAIRS
I ONLY REPAIR FERRANTI CLOCKS (or clocks with Ferranti mechs. inc. Vitascopes)
My time for repairs is very limited so at times I can have a long waiting list - contact me for availability
I'm based in Riddlesworth, Norfolk.
I don't repair Smiths or others and I do not have the leads to connect to the mains (please search the internet for what you want).
Also, I am not able to recommend anyone to repair other clocks - please do an internet search
